Release No. 7

Knightsbridge
Cask Ref. 435

This single cask release drawn from an EX-MOSCATEL SHERRY CASK celebrates Knightsbridge station.

Knightsbridge station was opened in 1906 by the Great Northern, Piccadilly, and Brampton Railway (now the Piccadilly Line). Designed by architect Leslie William Green, the platforms were originally served by four lifts, which were later replaced with escalators as part of a 1930s modernisation programme. The station serves one of London's busiest and most fashionable shopping area of London, home to the world-famous luxury department store Harrods.

NOSE: Warm baked apples and luscious peach compote blend with hints of tonka bean and freshly roasted coffee. Crushed macadamia nuts lend a nutty sweetness over spiced ginger cake.

PALATE: A refined harmony of orchard and stone fruits evolves into vibrant orange jelly, juicy pineapple, and indulgent chocolate-vanilla cream puffs.

FINISH: Caramelised brown sugar, balanced with a refreshing touch of menthol-infused oak.
